回复 :克里斯（杰西·麦卡尼 Jesse McCartney 饰）、娜塔莉（奥莉维娅·达德利 Olivia Dudley 饰）、阿曼达（蒂温·凯利 Devin Kelley 饰）等来自美国的青年男女正在进行一段快乐有趣的欧洲之旅，当他们抵达乌克兰时，经当地好友保罗（乔纳森·萨多 斯基 Jonathan Sadowski 饰）的介绍，他们和另外两名客人组团，跟随当地向导尤里（Dimitri Diatchenko 饰）展开了一段极限旅游。所谓极限旅游竟是走入在1986年因核泄漏事故而沦为鬼城的切尔诺贝利。寻求刺激的年轻人们一拍即合，携手踏入了这个至今仍为核辐射的乌云笼罩的废城。当地颓败、死亡、神秘的氛围给了这群人前所未有的末世体验，可是他们同时发现，自己并非是这座死城中的唯一生物。随着夜幕降临，死神之手渐渐向这群胆大妄为的年轻人逼近……
